I'm working with a small number of owner-run hotels at a reduced rate while Codero builds its first case studies. You get the strategy and a new website for a one-off £399; I ask for six months of Performance Grow and permission to share what changes.

What each side commits to

one-off, instead of up to £2,995
- The Direct Booking Strategy: a 90-minute working session and a written 90-day plan
- A new website built around direct bookings, linked to the booking engine you already use
- Google Business Profile set up, with your own booking link next to the OTAs
I ask for
- Six months of Performance Grow at the normal monthly rate (£395 to £795 a month, depending on your room count). After that, you're free to carry on or stop.
- Permission to share your before-and-after results as a case study.
- You see and approve any case study, quote or figures before they're published, and can ask me to take them down at any time.
If you stop Performance Grow early, you can still keep the website by paying the difference between its normal price and £399, reduced for each month you've already paid. See the terms.
